Trainer/Speaker Profile:

Teresita Albert-Chiongbian (Yeyette)

Yeyette is an experienced trainer and life coach with 30 years of experience in career development and management, human resources management, and organizational development. She has provided training and coaching for senior executives in a variety of industries, including airline, banking and finance, education, food, nonprofit and government (such as international humanitarian aid organizations and foundations), and real estate. Her clients include Allied Bank, Ayala Land, Jollibee, Medecins Sans Frontieres, Meralco Foundation, Nestle, Soliman Securities, South East Asian Airlines, STI College, and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.

Yeyette is also the founder of TRAC training consultancy, an organization that collaborates with individuals and organizations to achieve alignment among personal and organizational goals, human resources, and organizational policies. Her educational background is in Guidance Counseling and Psychology. 

George M. Balagtas

George is an expert in marketing and public relations. He has more than four decades worth of experience in consumer marketing, media, politics, and public administration.

George is also the founder and president of SCOPE Public Relations. Before he found SCOPE, he held the position of president at Bozell Worldwide Advertising, Infocamp Public Relations, Taipan B&L Advertising, Public Affairs Communicator, position of managing director at BBDO (Sri Lanka), Grafik Advertising (Indonesia), Reklamen-Hus (Norway), Regency Resources (Philippines), Grant Advertising (Philippines), and position of vice-chairman at McCann-Erickson (Philippines). During his tenure at the these organizations, he influenced the development of at least three dozen brands, including ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, 7-Eleven, Agfa, Asia Brewery, Ayala Corporation, Citibank, Coca-Cola, DHL, Fuji Xerox, Isuzu, Merrill Lynch, Mortgage Databank of California, Mandarin Hotel, Philippine Airlines, Philippine Sports Commission, UnionBank, San Miguel, Subic Bay Freeport, and Tupperware. George has degrees in Business, Economics and Humanities.

Raymond C. Ciriaco

Raymond is an expert in the area of sales and marketing. He has provided business coaching for senior and mid-level executives in various industries, including broadcasting, food, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical. His clients include ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, Caltex, JG Summit Petrochemicals, Jollibee Foods, Nestle, Philips Semiconductor, and Unilever.

Raymond is also an accomplished lecturer in sales and marketing. Specifically, he provides consulting in fundamental sales and marketing programs, such as effective prospecting, interactive sales and service, and effective sales presentation. Before setting out on his own, he held senior management positions in several organizations including Glaxo, Center for Leadership and Change, and Qualiprose. He currently holds directorships in the Rural Bank of Quezon and John Harper ICI Manila. Raymond is blissfully married with four children. He has degrees in Economics and Family Psychology and Counseling.
