To resolve conflicts that will arise in their working relationships
To learn to accept and welcome feedback for a more open understanding of each other
To listen actively so as to understand the message and feelings of the speaker
Methodology
A highly participative style will be adopted to encourage total involvement and the effective transfer of learning
Short and to the point lectures will be used to introduce new concepts
Self assessment instruments will be incorporated to create an awareness of the participant's strengths and weaknesses
Trainer/Speaker Profile:
Victor Ee has conducted programmes in Selling at both retail and dealer levels, Presentation Skills, Customer Service Excellence, Supervisory Skills and Communication programmes. Victor underwent the train-the-trainer programme in USA for Client Centred Selling and The Sales Leadership Systems conducted by the Management of Human Resource Inc.
He is also a certified trainer for Performax Systems International Inc., a leading American personality profiling company. And more recently he has completed the Train-the-Trainer programme for EQ coaches. In 2001 he completed the Workplace Assessor Certification with The Victoria University of Technology.
A practitioner and trainer, he brings to his classes real life case studies as he is actvely involved in the marketing and selling of training programmes.
