ENHANCING MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE : THE MANAGER AS COACH & MENTOR

This programme is designed to equip professionals in their managerial and leadership roles with coaching and mentoring skills to lead, motivate and enhance the performance of the individual, team and department under each respective  responsibility. The program can effectively teach coaching skills to a general audience, or may be targeted to the organization’s internal resources in the HR, OD and Managerial functions.
