Trainer/Speaker Profile:

Cidi Wee has worked for both foreign and local companies which have enabled him to accumulate more than twenty years of corporate management experience to back up his present training and consulting profession.

Cidi maintains an active training, consulting and speaking practice through facilitating international seminars and workshops for various clients ranging from private to government and statutory corporations. He has conducted public seminars and workshops in countries which include Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Maldives, Mauritius, Vietnam and Timor-Leste to name a few. His most popular programmes include Leadership and Management, Team-Leading and Train-The-Trainers workshop. In Singapore, Cidi has also delivered these topics at public seminars and in-house workshops that have drawn both Singaporeans and participants from other countries including Uzbekistan.

In addition, he has also been involved in international projects administered by UNDP, Civil Service International and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for training of Civil Service officials of the Governments of Timor-Leste, Cambodia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Africa and the Philippines.
Cidi is trained in the area of People Development in the UK. He possesses a Master of Science Degree in Training/HRD from the University of Leicester (UK). He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Administrative Management (UK). Cidi is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (UK) and is a founder of the Institute of Leadership and Management (UK). He also holds Fellowship with the Institute of Administrative Management (UK).

Cidi is also a DiSC® Certified Human Behaviour Analyst and an Accredited Administrator for the FIRO-B® and the MBTI® personality system assessment tests
