Trainer/Speaker Profile:
Miss Cheryl Siew is a Business Development Manager and Full Time Trainer. She has varied work experience in both the Private and Public Sectors, in the I.T, Banking and Education Industry.
Cheryl is pleasant, fun and well liked by her participants. She specializes in Telephone Techniques, Secretarial Skills, Customer Service and Communication workshops. Cheryl holds a BSc in Business Administration (2nd Upper Honours) from the University of Wales, UK.
