PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS - TOOLS AND TECHNIQUES

Constant change is impacting on all aspects of society and in particular, business personnel who are faced with constant shifting customer demands for innovative products and quality service. 

Increasingly, more organizations are required to develop products and services with a unique set of features for each individual customer, placing increased emphasis on the need for project management skills.

Methodology
