Event Information:
R.O.A.D TO EFFECTIVE TEAMWORK

This 1-day “ROAD to Effective Teamwork” course provides an informal platform which enables participants to learn about the appropriate styles of communication with different people, understand personal strengths and limitations and effectively adapt and accommodate diverse styles of human responses and behavior.

Brief Description

Teamwork is a key component to business success. Very often due to the nature of work, people have to respond quickly to the demands made by others. Owing to the lack of communication and understanding about each other, issues may surface without being resolved. This inevitably affects performance.

You will become more effective in your communication with others when you understand your behavioral strengths and limitations. This fundamental knowledge is vital to personal and professional development to increase your people management skills.
