Alan Go is Senior Vice President (Group Business Development) for CMC Group of Companies, which include Credit Management Consultancy (Asia) Pte Ltd (3rd Party Revenue Collections and staffing), CMCredence Pte Ltd (Credit and Collections Software) and CMCresco Pte Ltd (Credit and Collections Training and Consultancy). He is also the Managing Director and Principal Trainer of CMCresco Pte Ltd that runs the Centre in Management for Credit, Receivables and Collections.
As a credit and collections practitioner and tapping on CMC Group's experience in managing over SDG$300 million in receivables portfolios for MNCs, SMEs and Government clients; Alan uses the knowledge gain to enhance learning experience and real case studies. Alan specializes in the training of credit and collections management skills, in particular, collections strategies, dunning communications, collections business automations, collections negotiations and customer relationship management as part of the effort to improve accounts receivables, revenue and debt collections effectiveness and productivity.
Innovative and interesting courses designed by Alan include "Business psychology of customers' reactions to payment methods and legal actions", "Performance-based telephone collectiongs techniques" and "Sun Zi's Art of War in payment collections". He has recently launched an eNewsletter, ARAsset, where he shares revenue and debt collections trends and industry happenings with trainees and clients.
Besides conducting regular monthly public programs, he also provides corporate in-house customized trainings that are designed to specific credit and collections needs, to meet learning objectives. He has driven the concept of using collections business automations and software, resulting in MNCs like Nestle Singapore, BankThai, Lexis Nexis and Zuellig Pharma, implementing collections software to reduce receivables risks with the assistance of CMC Group's B.E.S.T. collections software provided by CMCredence Pte Ltd.
Over 1500 people and 800 organizations from all industries have attended Alan's training programs.
